Any way of repairing the dash where a piece of plastic has broken off ad is missing?

Realise I could replace the entire dash but don't want the hassle and expense. Is there such as thing as "plstic filler" that I could use and paint black or whatever?

Anyone else ever repaired their dash???

Plastic Welding might be an option, don't know what sort of finish it gives, shouldn't cost much either from a bodyshop.
