dellorto twin 40's on a mk2 8v gti

i have the chance to buy a set of the above carbs and i was just wandering what i would need to fit them to a 90spec mk2 gti8v think its a digifant

Not really recommended for road use - they sit over the exhaust manifold, so you tend to boil the petrol. Not all that safe either - can be made to work with a heatshield though.

Spend your money on a cam instead, if it's still standard.
