Okay.. I have a Turbo XS WasteGate controller and a ABD boost controller... do I need both.. or just one of these??? the Turbo XS Wastegate is mechanical ABD Controller is Electrical and taps into the computer adjustable boost from 1psi to 14.5psi..
the wastegate is for your exhaust route. it will open to release excess exhaust gas and prevent the turbo from even building boost. the boost controller that increases your boost can surpass the abilities of the stock BOV. therefore, the BOV will likely leake out some of your boost on the intake side. so, use the boost controller, but get a better BOV.
