Hi, I have just discovered that my Mk2 8v GTI has a 4-branch manifold fitted, the bad news is that it's snapped! I'm going to weld in a flexi joint but I don't know the overall length that the manifold should be, does anyone have one (standard or 4-branch) that they could measure from the head mounting flange to the end of the exit pipe as below? From a rough measurement (difficult under the car and with bits missing!) it should continue around 430mm further to the left of the picture than it does currently Cheers James
I had to use some pipe from bosal to get the rest of the length cost me 20 for about 2 metres with 2 clamps, just weld it on and get some pipe to finish the rest off.
