Got to remember where gheyphex comes from, not only is it essex, but a stones throw away from southend sea front, so getting bored of the DV sound is never going to happen.

Same as what i had on my RS, still got it knocking about, so was going to let Aphex borrow it and see what he makes of it.

Don't suppose you know the ID of the boost pipe the fitting kit cuts into? As i have one of those somewhere as well he can probably use? Was for an escort, but can't imagine it would be a lot diffent to the audi boost pipes?

 

Well the t-piece for the Dv26 needs to be 1" IIRC, correctly, the section he's cutting into all depends on his set-up, mine was 2"

 

Think thats about the size of the T-Peice i have.

im running qpen ecu ad stadard recirc valve ad i have a cheapo air filter on my mk2. it makes hell of a noise. im startig to think it might be broken?? are they suposed to make such a loud noise with oly and airfilter fitted. how ca i go about making it silent??
