ah is it a mk4 one? they need fitting in a specific way, its easy to mess up the internal mech. theres plenty tutorials and youtube vids on it if so
I believe it's a mk3 switch...probably passat b3 pedal assembly as I couldn't see any cutting for the accelerator bracket as per my other golf which is running mk4 running gear ! Will take a better look tomorrow as I was really busy at the garage and couldn't find time for the old girls...
ok if its a 2 pin its mk2/3 type, 4 pin would be mk4 type. if its mk3/passat you'll may have 2 separate switches for brake and cruise brake rather than a single 4 pin. assuming they're tapped into the ecu bake switch wires at all...
