Have a MK3 on an R plate but have a MK2 wiring loom to handle the G60.

I have had some of the dash lights fail lately, in conjunction with the interior light staying on when the engine is shut off (light is in the position that is comes on when door is opened)so it has now been turned off all together.

Any one got any ideas why the interior light would stay on?

The interior light is totaly diffrent to the engine loom i think. Have you checked the door buttons? They could be faulty, causing the light to stay on.

Take the switch out and have a look mate

I think that section is for CGTI members, which I am not.

See you have a MK2 VR6, always wanted one but didn't have the know how to put one together. Saying that, Grant Motorsport put the G60 in for me. It has only covered 8k since the conversion and just keeps getting stronger as it is being run in.

Next port of call is an R1 Charger and Cam, or I may go the whole hog an put a 2ltr cross flow Beetle head and turbo on it.
