    I'm in the middle of swapping over the KR ancilliaries to my ABF engine. One of the sensors from the KR has broken and I'd like to know what it's for & if I can use the old one from the ABF engine or if I need to get a new KR one. (I'm using K-jet on the ABF)

    I'll try describing it the best I can without a picture;
    on the flywheel end of the engine where the water outlet is there are three sensors, two small, one large. this is the small one to the bottom left of the water outlet pipe.

    What's this for? can I use the ABF one even though I'm rnning k-Jet ?

    thanks in advance!

    Should be 3 small sensors and one larger ( brown thermo time switch) on the end of the head of the KR, the 3 small ones are for the ISV controller x2 and the temp gauge.

    From Vortex, 9A (motronic) sensors pic.
