Hello, The latest is the premises will be closed until all remedial work has been carried out. At present we are trying to minimalise the disruption caused to business and have gone to great lengths to employ the best disaster recovery teams in the UK. We are working with all the authorities to expediate recovery and hence re-opening. All current outstanding orders are in the process of being sent out/reviewed accordingly. We are still not allowed 100% access to the site, as Police are treating this as a crime scene. If you would like to order/obtain product info, please see www.eurotek-online.com in the first instance. Our phones (should be by now!!! no-thanks to go slow BT! ) be diverted to our mobiles/other landlines. Apologies to all customers who are experiencing delays and to people we said we would get back to - but have not had the chance. Also, thanks to all those that have offered support. Hopefully we will learn from this mess and bounce back very soon... If you need to email me directly regarding any information you might have about the wheels and/or the incident, a temporary email address has been set up at rga100@eurotek.fsworld.co.uk Kind Regards Reuben
