am currently waiting for my plinth to arrive - was ordered week thurs ago and my missus was told (she phoned the order thru for me cos my plastic doesnt play at the mo' [:^(] ) that it would be here in a week. she phoned them on fri to ask where it was, apparently stuck at customs for some reason, will be here early this week. so nothing bad to say, just waiting to see if they as good as their word.......

I had my Cult Society plinth from them. It was late, and I had to chase them but they were extremely helpful/friendly when I did, told me a genuine reason for the delay, & when it was expected. It arrived 1 day after the expected date.

Would definitely order from them again.

i'm still waiting as well , but as the other half is buying it for me as a present [:D] i cant really complain. she has been on the phone to them and altho' the excuses are a bit crap they are the soul of courtesy by all accounts. if i'd been paying for it myself i'd be p***** right off, its the last thing i am waiting for and the exterior is pretty much done

I orderd 600 quids worth of gear off them and they said it was all in stock :) took my money and i waited and waited and waited, i then foned them up thay told me it was a problem in delivery and then when thay did turn up my wheel spacers were wrong the strut brace was wrong the oil catich tank was wrong so realy 60% of the order was wrong plus parts missing. [:x] this was last month! they have replaced the most of the stuff but it has taken 3 deliverys and alot of waiting about and ime still waiting for my oil catch tank and breather, plus ive loads of bits to send back = more messing about.

no smooth plinth for me, it seems [:^(] . the missus phoned them for the tenth time, after being told numerious stories about orders lost in transit, clearing customs, being sent back, you name it. in the end he just told her in the usual smug prick suppliers tone, "well you'll have to wait now until the 29th 'cos thats when our big order is coming in." bearing in mind that the order was for an item which they are supposedly stockists of!! (as seen in the golf mag)

the guy was so rude to her that she cancelled the order [:^(] [:^(] . thing is to a55holes like that individuals dont matter. his argument was "well we havent taken any money so whats the problem?" at the end of the day why make promises you have no intention of keeping.

there are too many 5hitheads monopolising the specialist parts market and acting like lord god almighty [:x]
