   yep ones in the head. couldnt see them listed on gsf site but did manage to track down the vw part numbers
   
   Exhaust manifold washer: N 01155811
   Self-locking nuts: N 90085001
   Studs: N 0444115
   
   so might just get them from VAG so long as they aint silly money
