What exhaust is best for a MK2 with a 20vt conversion, ive got a QPENG down pipe to mate to. I really need something about 2.5 inch system to help flow.

Custom made is probably your best bet (Powerflow, Longlife, etc.)

I had a 2.5" stainless system made by Pipewerx a few years back. Worked out cheaper than any off-the-shelf system.

That was when it was still an 8v. Now has a 20v with QPEng DP which matches up great (yet to run though)

aye a home brew job works well, mine has the Q peng down pipe then a straight 2.5" pipe to the middle box which is a off the shelf peformance item, then a matched back box, it flows well but is nice and quiet-ish too for motorway use etc
