With all the Oak green talk in the other thread, i though i'd ask whats your favorite colour Mk2. For me it has to be Black, Red and Stratos Blue. Few examples - My brothers old stratos blue Mk2 ( Lovely ) and of course Black Mine!! LA9V 8olf-blu's Mk2 Whats your favorite ? And remember
When you get them second hand you're just happy to have one. My mk2 is pearl grey or gun metal grey, my polos were silver c reg and red L reg, the mk1 golf was alpine white x reg and the mk4 cab is black. Anyone got a yellow mk2? Best colour for me is black
Well despite having two Mk2 Gti's in Alpine White (Alpenweiss), I'm not too keen on the colour...and it's a PITA to keep clean! My favourite colour for a Mk2?? Hard to choose between these two:- Bright Blue Metallic Or Blue Black (Schwarz Blau) Alpenweiss2
I'd have to go red mica pearl seeing as its so close to my colour! Followed closely by aubergine found on the G60

Has to be Royal Blue Metallic for me. But I'm biased DSC_0073 by Pauly90, on Flickr Also have a soft spot for Schwarz blue and BBM.
im with the LA9V crew as an owner and appreciator but i love my oak green, tis why i own one of them too.
1st place - Mars Red 2nd place - White for small bumper/Tornado Red for big bumper 3rd place - Silver 4th glace - Monza Blue 5th place - Grey
Red, Black and Metallic Blue for me.... Never really understood Oak Green, think its the worst colour of them all
