Can I fill an 8mb Ipod with a load of random music in 1 go and for free?

I dont want to put too much though or time into filling it up so wondered if I could load a cd full of music onto it all at once.

Can I do that? Does anyone have 8gb worth of music on a CD that I could have a copy of?

even a dvd is only 4gb ish so not going to happen like that.

why worry about how many gb on there though?? just put loads of what you want on it, and then when you can be bothered stick some more on.

I have just ordered the new 4gb shuffle with voice telling you what is playing!!!! comes tomorrow hopefully!!!

ha ha..... you used to be able to plug an ipod into someone else itunes and upload it all onto the ipod - but you couldn't take it off and out onto your own itunes.

With my shuffle, it will only sync to one comp at a time so you can't do it. I'm not sure if its a shuffle thing or the lates version of itunes thing....

but that would be the easiest, find someone with a shed load of music on itunes and put it on your pod

failing that, get stealing..... download whole folders of music lol

What sort of stuff you after? As a DVD can hold a lot of music, so if somebody copied all thier music onto a dvd, you could drop the folder into your 'my music' folder and then ask itunes to re-sync your library to your my music folder and it would all appear in a matter of minutes......

better than uploading each cd individually. (PS. i will get those things out for you tonight, been busy)

ranges from 128kb mp3 to FLAC, which is around 800kb-900kb.
Not that I can tell the difference between 320kb mp3 or FLAC :)
