Fix for blocked heater matrix

    Thats the tank he is referring to

    If it has the heater valves added into the pipes going into the heater matrix these can also block up causing a lack of heat into the car

    The noise you can hear is more than likely the fan motor bearings

    I'm a little lost, how do you fill the matrix with biodegreaser without letting it run out the other side if you disconnect both hoses?

    Gave; the matrix sits in a vertical orientation, with the connection hose-stubs as the highest points, so you can fill it to the brim, in situ with whatever you choose.

    No the stuff kept going to the turbo which T's off just before the in pipe gets to the bulkhead.

    I did what I could anyway, and the heater is certainly warmer... But I'm still not all together satisfied with it... =/
