need to be carefull about views through windows, also your tints dont seam to cover right up to the edges of the windows

    Generally not bad.

I like the way you've treated the bodyside and i quite like the tree reflections although they aren't strictly correct on the bumper. The wheelarch reflection in the body is a nice little touch.

the negs.....for me its little things like

the rear wheelarch flat-not concentric or balanced
rear wheel appears to float a little
the upper surfaces of the wheel arch extensions don't line up totally
front bumper cutline-where does it go?
    view through the window-as said
you could have applied more contrast to the front bumper highlights
little bits of untidiness here and there

The thing i really don't like is the front bumper not so much the rendering but the design-the surfacing is nothing like the rest of the vehicle, its all soft and looks like any number of badly designed real world kits. The focus is a very controlled design with tight radii and quite a clean technical feel and i think the bumper should match this.

Lmao, it's constructive criticism! No need to get agro, they're just trying to help you along. Maybe you were expecting only praise?

Don't take it the wrong way, theres no doubt you've got skills for this sort of thing, that much is clear, its just that when it comes down to it, if you're trying to do something photo-realistic everything has to be spot on and if its not it sticks out.

As for better feedback on chopping forums, well, its hardly surprising really.......

I'd love to stick up some of my work (which isn't perfect by any means) but i could lose my job if i did so and any of my nice personal stuff is going in the folio.

btw tim, really like that last mk5-nice and clean without turning into a jellymould chop

    yeh well said beanie,

the more you do the better you get, i think i have seen some of your work mate and its spot on,

you must be able to take constructive criticism mate, if not you wont improve, with a few hints and tips you will do well,

a bit of phrase isnt a bad thing, just doesnt help you in the areas you want/need to improove on,

im no photoshoper, but the paint on the audi looks flat, and the intercooler looks fake. focus looks quite well done, front bumper needs a little bit more defining, i'd agree, but on the whole its gud.
