Evening all, I'm sure the problem is mine not the forums', but I'm hoping someone techy will know what I need to do. As of the last week or two I can only log on via 4g on my phone, not on WiFi on phone or laptop. I got round this on the laptop by installing a VPN, but this has now failed as a fix. In words of one syllable, what setting (I presume in the router) do I need to change? Thanks in advance
can you go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ with vpn disconnected and let me know your IP? I've had to become a bit more aggressive with anti-hacker protection on the site as we seem to have been targeted a little more aggressively the last few weeks. think I need to dial it back a bit as this is 2nd issue ive seen the last couple days...
