well the line about 2 year part & labour guarantee is spot on, as it's true with VW as well even if part is bought over counter as a supply only! we just need VW to give away MOT's as well
my misses car about 3 years ago...got the call brakes needed doing new pads and disks all round and we can do it for 500....lol all it needed was front disks/pads which i did myself.
Got my free MOT done on our Audi A3 last week, ended up costing 1 because it needed a new number plate bulb So we got an MOT, car washed & hoovered, they top up the oil & a new bulb all for 1 so very happy.
