4 19mm bolts, 2 either side, undo them, pull bumper forward and disconnect indicators and fogs. Job done

doesn't the bumper help support the engine? make sure you have a jack or some support under the sump/gearbox first

the 4 bolts are roughly in line with the front indicators
lie on your back and you should see them clearly

and yeah they support the engine so put some wood or the jack under the engine

ive never had a problem when removing a bumper, there are a couple of 13mm bolts that hold the front end on as well which shouldnt be removed without some kind of support

The bolts you need to undo are 17mm and there's four of them.

As Andrew said no need to support the engine as the cross members held on by another two 13mm (iirc) bolts.

    Just to confirm...support the engine!
Unless of course you're car is totally rust and rot free...
Made the mistake this morning and the front crossmember gave way!!

Its easier to undo the two screws holding indicators and release them if doing it alone and if you have fog lights disconnect them too

PS.. the bumper bolts are recessed in holes, the exposed b9lt holds the k frame, do not undo it.

as above, if its the first time you have removed the bumper support the crossmember. and even if it isn't, still a good idea! the bolts that hold the engien crossmember up are small, and tyhe captive nuts that they screw into are supported by very thin steel on the radiator carrier. Case in point, my mate had his bumper a fair few times but the last time I came to do it the rad carrier split at the captive nut and almost broke my arm. luckily for me the hooked bit on the rad carrier caught it
