I was hoping for some advice, I have binned my fuel tank so I can fit a anti-toe kit on the rear beam so now I need a fuel cell.

I'm going to run twin 45's on a KR which will have about 190BHP/fly, what bits do I need?

It's for hillclimb/sprint so I only need a very small cell.

I wouldn't put it in the spare wheel well, or anywhere it could get smashed.
It will need its own container/case. Have a look at the ATL site, or even the bits and pieces available from 'demon tweeks' will give you a good idea - fillers etc etc.
It is huge amount of work... is it worth it do you think?

I can't remember, does the spare wheel well go any further than the damper mounts?

I don't think it does from member... I really hope it doesn't :(

Depends where you cut it out. Also, the regulation is between the wheel centers, not the strut tops.

Its pretty clear it would not be ok to remove the spare wheel well on a Mk1 golf, and it isn't ok on a Mk2/3 ibiza either.

    Here's my set up.

I have an ATL bag tank in the spare wheel well. Fuel is pulled from it via a Facet low pressure pump. There are two in parallel in case one fails, which is how I bought it. I suspect some sort of endurance racing history in the car for that. It's not necessary, but I can't be bothered to change it.

These pumps feed the swirl pot. The high pressure pump then feeds off the swirl pot.
There's a return from the fuel rail to the swirl pot, and again from the swirl pot to the fuel tank.
