gearbox bushes

Think i am in the right section!
Was wondering if anybody could tell me how much roughly it would cost me to have this done on my 88 mkII gti?

 

you mean the linkage bushes...someone posted the other day that they paid 100...do it yourself for cheep

 

How easy are they to do? And how would i go about it?!!

 

HAVE A LOOK on www.missinglinkz.com theres some info on there, it looks tricky but its straight forward
