hi, just got a mk1 golf gti cabby,its a c plate and is due a lot of restoration work. mechanical side first thou. the gearbox is shagged,will i have to search the world for a mk1 gti 1.8 box or will a later mk2 box go in and does it matter if its 16v or 8v? ps anyone selling some ronal turbos, think they look mint on mk1's. dale.
