    totally of the nurses topic but how much would decks and a mixer suitable for a beginner be

    i have been debating this for a while. I want to go a set of technics - now it depends what mark you go for. I was considering the older mk2 version (would be cheaper) but a mate whos itno the stuff says its just as well to go for the new mk5's. But then he added another spanner in the works and said the way forward now is prbobaly cd decks cos its easier to download tunes onto cd and cheaper than buying vinyl.
    Have a look at a couple of sites like 'hard to find records' and 'level one records' for a rough idea. it varies all the time thoh depending what they offer. i want technics bascially cos i know they are good quality. Some peeps say start on a pooty set to learn the basics but its up to yourself.

    ANyway back to the main topic - any more pics of sum nurses?

    Get yerself some stanton st series decks and a
    stanton mixer, Not that i love stanton or anything but
    it good quality sh1t for about 400 quid where as my
    setup cost just over 2k [:s]

    Vestax do the best turntables available followed by
    the numark ttx1 technics are good but are no longer
    the best [:^(]
