So i assume this is an 8v GTI 112 hp downpipe
But if not ,are there any differences between other mk2 8v donwpipes ,and can i mate it with the ABF exhaust manifold ( dont worry about decat pipe, lambda etc) . Going with 2 55 cm(2.2inch) resonators and a standart 16v mk2 rear exhaust .

yeah is an 8v downpipe, it'll fit a 16v mk2/3 manifold no problem. the 16v exhaust is bigger bore though. if you're going abf with abf ecu and management what I do is use the mk3 8v/16v downpipe and a decat pipe then a mk2 16v exhaust fitted to it. the mk3 downpipe has the lambda boss built in for you then

Decat pipes are not often seen in Easter Europe ( Bulgaria ) or they cost too much.My father is a welder so we gonna fit lambda bung and mate the 8v downpipe to 2.25''+- (55cm) resonators and a mk2 16v exhaust.
Thank you again for the fast answer !

cool, another option if you had the parts is smash the cat internals out with a pole, thats what many do over here as well

you probably wouldnt notice any issues runnign a 2" system on it if the engine is staying relatively stock, good figures have been had from abf on 8v 2" systems :)

Yep ,fully rebuild stock engine , in the future might get some chip tunning(remap) , probably max 160-165 ish horsepower. On other posts saw someone running 170 hp 160lb on 2'' system so no doubt about this. :)
