How longs a piece of string? :p

Anyway welcome to the forum mate, you'll find lots of useful advice and friendly car enthusiats to help on here.

Firstly how much have you got to spend?

Is it just speakers you want to buy? Do you want to upgrade in the future?

If you want sound quality can you budget for an amp?

It all depends how much you want to spend really mate.

Let us know how much and we'll help you from there.

I've just bought a set of Alpine SPR176a's (i think that's right). Its a component set (door speakers, tweeters and crossovers). Cost me 150 from a local shop and weren't too difficult to install. They sound ok just using the HU but i've got an AMP on the way so hopefully they'll be sounding a hell of a lot better when that's in.

In my 3 door mk3, I know I have seperate tweeters front and rear, but are the "main" speakers 6.5" or are they smaller???
