golf mk4 tdi engine code

am tryin to buy some discs for the above.

its the red i version which i believe is 110bhp .

when looking up at the discs some ask weather it is an AFN engine????????

any1 got any clues????

relying on the boot badges is pointless

look on the boot sticker, handbook, or engine itself for the code

If its the 110model, i suspect it'll have 280mm discs

 

where bouts on the egine is the number??

 

its on the block, next to the vibration damper - look for 3 letters followed by 6 other characters.

But be more concerned if you can get it off the bootsticker or handbook - where are they?

 

or on the black cam belt cover, on a white sticker if it's still there
