deffo all 204bhp, mine v64mo has good pickup from 3k upwards so shouldnt be near 6k

Like phat says more likely dodgy MAF, had a recall on them or try cleaning it (correct way of course) and reset any codes with VAgCOm,

Then start her up, idle for 2 mins without touching accelorator and off you go

According to that graph GunX had 192lbft (257NM) of twist @3300rpm. Would have thought this would have peaked been 1000rpm later.
Again, torque at power peak was 235NM or 175.5lbft and this occured, from the graph and GunX opening infomation, at 5175rpm. 24v motors would be more at 6300.
If I took the torque at this piont and applied the formula I would get 175.5 x (5175 / 5252) = 172.9bhp. But what if the VE of the engine actually held up to 6200rpm you would get 175.5 x (6200/5252) = 207.17bhp
Looks to me that that the rpm scaling on their equipment is compressed.
    Curve looks right though.
This is why I go by the feel (torque) of a vehicle rather than some value deduced from dodgy scaling.

You sound like you know exactly what you are talking about - do you have a garage or workshop nearby?? Please say yes! The only reason being i have taken my car to loads of places and nobody has a clue!

Sounds like you need to pop to Southam and speak to Vince at Stelth Racing.....he will sort your motor out...
