Hi, Has anybody here ever run, or know anything about, GTI engineering's 2.1 Litre engine conversion for the Mk2 Golf GTI? Eg. Quality of their work in general, reliabilty of this engine, or anything about the company at all. I assume that they are no longer in business, but I think that they may have merged with BBR (Brodie Brittan Racing), is this right? Ta, Simon

I have just fitted a RE 1900 bottom end in my golf.It is almost ready to fire up once the cam timing is sorted. Not really sure of it's history but it looks good and hope it goes well too
