Heater not working!

    I purchased a Mk2 Golf about 2 months ago which had a Mk 3 2.0l engine put in it, recently the warm setting on the blowers hasnt been working unless the blower speed is on lowest, has anyone encountered a similar problem? there is heat there on the lowest setting however it disappears on any higher blower speeds!

    Air lock? Is the engine getting hot? Maybe it needs thermostat? Water Pump?
