My heaters were cold this morning. After getting up to temp, they were still cold. I then squeezes all hoses and they started to get hot. All hoses are getting hot apart from the bottom rad hose?

Is there a risk of filling the car with water?

It's 90% likely that your bypass valves are blocked. It's that time of year where people notice blocked bypass valves and the carb icing season starts .

Either buy new valves or replace with bits of 22mm copper pipe, or slightly smaller.

it wont go in the car unless the matrix has an hole in it,the water from the hose has much less pressure than the system itself so youl be fine
