Hello! I just purchased a 2001 GT1 1.8Turbo and want to know what i need to do to make sure it stays running well. passed smog with flying colors, has a new cat, o2 sensor, and just changed the oil with 10-40. (really dirty .. receipts seem to indicate 18 months old and 10k miles on the synthetic 5-30) fixed a bunch of little things... but overall, it looks great. what do you suggest i do next. gear oil change? (i would think its original if i was to guess ) my dad and i have assessed : radiator was flushed a year ago. brakes look good clutch works well, synchros good runs smooth, seems reallly fast for this kind of car its my first car and kind of excited about it
love to change the gearbox oil on a new purchase, only after the brake fluid, for some reason in the uk 'garages' seem to not want to get involved in this, IMHO Jon
