Hi all ! Wanderd if anyone can help. My car hesitates under hard acceleration but only does it on full boost but and only noticed it in second The engine warning light was flicking on and off. Turned the car off and on again and it disapeard but hesitation remains.It's a 2002 1.8t had full service less than 5000 miles ago but spark plugs wernt changed as they were fine. Any help would be apreciated . Craig.
The first thing you need to do, especially since you've had the warning light on, is plug in to the ecu and see what fault codes are logged as it could be one of many things. Depending on where you live someone might be able to help you out with vag-com or some other fault reader.
