To turbo an A3 1.8 20V 99/00ish? Is it any easier/more difficult/cheaper/expensive if its throttle cable or drive by wire? The reason I ask is you can get a better specced MUCH lower milage car for a few grand less than a turbo model, so was thinking of turboing the non turbo.
you'd have to lower the compression on that engine... either by spacing the head or doing a piston swap... by the end of it it'll cost you more to buy a non turbo and then turbo it.
