LOL. I used to work for Citygate in High Wycombe, I tried calling ruislip so many times. Always got the same answer, sorry they're busy. I would leave a msg with the receptionist but no one ever phoned back. Once the receptionist tried giving me the phone number i was calling from, and i said to them I cant exactly call myself, thats why im ringing them

The bald old guy with glasses always answers the phone when I ring and refuses to order stuff unless I go down there !!

Edit: Parts dept at Southend is still miles better than the service department though lol
