There are details on the goapr website for logging, and what blocks to choose.

block 115 gives you requested vs actual boost.

Could be handy to log CF's on block 020, Air flow, and also N75 duty to get a clear picture of what's happening.

Requested is what the car is asking for from the turbo, and actual is what it is giving. A big difference would mean something like a boost leak.
The boost is normally in bar and includes atmospheric pressure. You need to take that off by finding the atmospheric pressure in your area.

If the cars mapped, would the requested pressure be higher to a standard car?

Is this MK4 fitted with an AGU engine and ECU or a AUM/AUQ engine and ECU?

It's an AGU and ecu. The ecu appears to have a piggy back chip fitted which I was told was stage 1.
Car has a big flat spot around 3k and boost seems to come on 3.5k

    Hmmm....

Usually you should not require any kind of piggy back on these if the engine map has been configured properly.
