Hydraulic pedal box into Golf MK2

    I've managed to get all the pedals sitting about the same level Trev

    does the brake pedal sit higher than it should??

    [shushhhh] The brake pedal needs the servo bolting onto it to make it sit at the right height....;) [/shushhhh]

    This is what I thought. But only in that position does the brake pedal push against the pushswitch [:s]

    i had this problem too trev. Its out by quite a way from hitting the switch. I 'crafted' something to extend the servo arm a bit. I will try and dig out some pics, its jut finding the time atm [8(]

    LOL, just PULL the push switch out till you get it where you want it.

    Leave in in the factory hole and just pull the plunger bit out untill it meets the pedal.

    not sure that would have worked on mine at least. Was quite a gap. I've faffed around with all the pedals. All line up nicely now though...finally :lol:

    Nice one.


    It should have as it will pull out about 3 inches.

    Well I went and looked at the brake sensor switch. Thought to myself that it looks just like an ordinary pushswitch and there's no way that you could adjust it in any way. But sure enough, if you pull the plunger it ratchets out by up to an inch! :lol:
