    Yep,

    Hard work sometimes.

I had a woman in the other day looking at a kia cee'd (the other brand at our dealership)and then decided they didn't look as nice as on the advert. I directed her towards the fabulous skoda range and she said and I quote ' im very label conscious and wouldnt drive a skoda'..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously she had no reserve about the kia range!!!! WTF????:o

Anyway all I wanted to say was if you want a skoda and you are in NI come to me and I will give you the best deal I can!!!!!!! [:*:]

and if not then I can always sort you out with a beautiful kia cee'd[:s]

How stupid is that!! Did you ask her for her reasoning if staying away from Skoda? Does she know *why* people seem to think they're rubbish cars?!

Did you remind her that they're just pretty much VWs? [:p]

If you drive any Kia out of the showroom it looses all its value!
A Skoda will be worth somthing at the end of the day....Not alot but somthing:lol:

exactly, she said she couldnt get past the badge.

i had another guy said they should have changed the name!!!

what would be the point in that!

we are also going to be the main dealer for the new mg range as it is phased in over the next few years, the 'new' mg tf le500 is in the showroom as we speak and it is actually a far better car in terms of build quality than it used to be but unbfortunatley reliability may still be the main issue!!!

Long gone are the days Skoda's had heated rear windows to keep your hands warm when pushing them.

and this is in the skoda bit..........

i dont know why people are so narrow minded either, granted we dont have many skoda owners here, but at vw festival the skoda stand looked the nuts!

whats the new MG like? is it expected to sell well considering it is 'mg' and we all know they stopped selling for a reason?!

errr! its exectly like the old one!!! [:^(] but the new 75, 45, and 25 are coming out over the next 4-5 years and they are totally new models. ive seen a few pics and they are quite good looking, though the quality and reliability may still be the issue. we'll have to wait and see.

Skoda's are utter junk, Mark. Let's face it.

I almost forgot to add, even pikeys wouldn't drive a Skoda. Seriously.
I'd much rather pay a colossal premium to buy a brand of vehicle which suggests I live in a country manor and pass my time in surroundings of oppulence and overindulgence.
In fact, as I speak, I'm eating fin whale steak and drinking Sapporo beer which has come at vast expense to the environment.

Anyway, enough of the extravagence. How are you doing Mark? I hear you've replicated. Is it as mad as you?[:D]

sapporo beer reminds me of that quote in desparado

woman in bar '...and by the way, your beer tastes of pish'

Bartender: 'we know, thats because we pish in it'

    haha

two now, ethan who is three and ellen 6 months, and yes they are showing distinct signs of evolving into extremely disturbed, paranoid delusionals, with a penchant for alcoholism and graphic violence. or northern irish for short!
