Idea on Price

    So the wife has a Nikon D5000 with a Nikon DX 18-55mm lense that she just doesn't get the use out of.

    Tried looking on egay for an idea of price, but in all honesty they're all over the place.

    Basically she wants to sell it on a forum she frquents, but doesn't want to sell herself short, so any ideas on how much she should be expecting to get for it?

    Comes with everything ever included, charger, strap, etc.

    Cameras are a bit like cars, imho - probably about half what she paid for it. Probably not what you want to hear, though.

    Look how much it is for a new version and then price yours up accordingly.
    Unfortunately with the way the electrical market works everything becomes worthless after 6 months of buying it! :(

    Sold it on fleabag... for around the amount the wife wanted. Result!
