If I Bought an AGU Lump....

    ...Bare lump, block, head, no manifolds or ancillaries....

    How much would it likely cost to fit up?

    Using a KO4 turbo and maifold

    Just need an inlet manifold and alternator really then, or am i being utterly dumb today and forgetting something obvious [:s] :)

    Well i'd assume i'd source a complete fitted up inlet manifold :)

    Yeah, thinking about it, wouldnt work out that much cheaper than buyin a full 225 setup from the outset really, plus the hassle o findin the parts, and sure a hell some mega expensive bit would be missin :)

    it's not too bad at all mate - i built up a bare block for mine and it's not too daunting

    Yeah - its certainly an option i'm considering, seeing as a lot of the large non specialist breakers split engines up.

    plus of a quick call today, i was quote 1500+vat for a AUQ(?) 225 bare lump, and 400+vat for an AGU!!!!

    To be honest, i'd likely go for DTA management.

    I'd like to be able to interface my own laptop with the car.
