vw_singh is definately good at sprinting. 14.3 sec with 168bhp is a bit amazing if you ask me.

My best ever run was as follows:

    Reaction+.365
    60FT 2.155

    1/4 Mile13.500
    1/4 MPH104.45

    That was with semi slicks.

Rich mine and yours were near identical. Like Phat says, look at the 60FT time as that's where you'll know whether your spinning up too much.

Are you going again anytime soon? - I've got my semi slicks and racing wheels still in my garage. Was going to sell them soon, but if you're going anytime soon I don't mind if you want to borrow them.

    I've got a vid here of a turbo'd V6 bora 4motion, running about 350bhp,
destroying its rear diff spectacularly on the 1st-2nd shift.

My haldex rear diff has started whining at 50k, and the car is
basically stock and well looked after. They're better than syncro, but
    its not magic.

The lad's R32 who came with us to AMD the day Claire had her R32 chipped/millteked had a fecked rear diff, whined like a Stuka bomber, replaced under warranty, not done that many miles. (under 40k IIRC)

He's done well so far using the standard diff. I gave it a couple of months before I guessed it would've blown with all that power. - But here we are a year down the line... [:$]

    Best I managed was a 2.089 on a run that ended up as a 14.2s 1/4 [:$] - missed gear change! Doh!

10.99s for any FWD is simply amazing.
