I've spoken to my insurance company, Equity Redstar, and they are sticking by what Zurich are saying. I'm only on 3PFT and even if I could claim, I don't want to lose my 2yrs NCD. I'm only 20 you see, so its vital for owning the GTI. I had considered the no-faults claim through other companies, so I'll look into that some more. The legal team are attempting to help now.
You might be better off gonig down that route, insurers are a bit like banks, they all stick together. A no win no fee ambulance chaser solicitor will probably try harder for you, there's no harm in getting advice from one, or try citizen's advice bureau
