Took the jetta to L.A.D motorsport today for a tune. he said it was doing 77bhp at the wheels, and worked it out at 103bhp at the fly. Edited by: Jettas
Aye, 1.6 ported and polished, gti cam, gti exhaust, weber. Next time i go i shall have 1.6i TSR 272 cam, Lightened flywheel, Sachs Fast road clutch?, 1800 gti g/box, Maybe full stainless steel Exhaust system and k/n(lol) hoping for abit more power!
nice one, had mine spun up at emerald a few weeks back made 110 bhp and 113 lb/ft @ fly - not bad for 155k stock apart from k&n panel filter. theres another engine thats just about to start getting money thrown at it for in there!!
