That looks like an S2 turbo manifold I saw on ebay the other day.

Fair play to the guy he's done something different, might not be ideal with the air flow plate still there but some good work in there none the less

 

AND he's spent 4000 Euro on doing it?????? Did he start with an "Engines for Dummies" book, and just work from that?

 

Didn't dubweiser's Mk1 have bike ITB's on k-jet the same as that but with NOS aswell *shakes head*

 

Must be 4000 on the whole car, surely? If not, he should have asked me
and saved some money. I'd have been happy to fit the individual throttles
for 3750.

 

He says 4000 Euro on it, which is three times the price of the car....... Must have been some pricey duct tape.

You all say its pointless but when i fitted a single 60mm butterfly throttle body it gave me a huge boost in lowdown power with k-jet

 

on a valver? which already has twin throttle plates?

seems like a lot of work in the wrong direction.. how bizarre.

 

interesting find there,, all that gaffa tape and no zip ties though? two go hand in hand!!

 

odd that they think ITBs are just about airflow, and not about pulse tuning, yanks eh! half a job
