Believe it or not, our instructor showed us that during our lift truck course. I'd already watched it, so twigged what it was, none of the others had seen it though! Cue plenty of WTF's.
If it's the one I've seen he had his foot snapped off? Then amputated right up to the thigh. Yup nasty as! If anyone goes on a course and there's a video about an accident involving 2 forks on their side.............it happened just outside our workshop hahaha.
