    Hello!

    New here, I have a mk1 20vT running around 210bhp. It's using a std 02a Gearbox.

I'm looking to solve a few traction problems (Lol) and think the Diff is the way to go. I'm very aware of Quaiffe (Also read a few disgruntled comments made about their customer service??) and I have seen people mention Peloquin from the states.

Now I'd like to know who in the UK (or otherwise if available cheaper) supplies these? I'd also be looking for it to be fitted and rebuild the Box ( maybe with a higher ratio, as at the moment it sit's just below 3k rpm doing 70 in 5th which is a pain if on the motorway for long streches!)

I'm from the South Wales area and have been told there's a few guy's on here from not too far who maybe able to help?

    Thanks

you want to go see Hotgolf, see the entrepreneur section.

Quaiffe...... very good but then you'd expect that for the price you pay for one of those.

Peloquin are good but tricky to get hold of in the UK. specially with the dollar conversion.

I got an 80% kit direct from Gary Peloquin, very helpful. Paid with Google checkout and the kit was hear in two weeks. G werks may do them in the UK now though.

I had never done anything to a gearbox before but just took my time and used Broke's site as a guide.

Sounds good in theory, and not badly priced either.

It would be interesting to find out if anybody is running this diff and their thoughts?

Thanks for the link Mike! Damn I'm tempted to get my name on that list, but my missus would see otherwise right now! Lol.

I need to read through that Vwvortex link too, is it bad news for the Wavetrac??
