    It's a Laserline 213 Cat 1 Alarm Immobiliser.

Quite happy with it as an alarm etc, but the beeps bug me.

If you can find out, I would be sooooo chuffed!

Class. Really appreciate it mate. Had another look through my manual, and theres only a thing about a temporary shut off of the alarm tone incase of parking at a hospital - but it's not permanent.

hi. i hava a lazerline not the same as you its the 993v3 but it probably works the same, the temparery shut of thingy is for the siren. but you can turn off the arming/dissarming beeps permanently(untill you turn em on again)

    try this

with the allarm system disarmed, enter the car and close all doors, turn on the ignition, open the drivers door, then press the arm/disarm button on the remote controll and watch the red led,

tone on, the led will flash once with a beep
tone off, the led will flash twice with no beep

turn off ignition close doors and use the allarm like normal

    hope it works

I've tried the door-opening routine, but the LED doesn't flash when the key fob is pressed. Doh!

redmatfoster: did you get a chance to look at work?

There's nothing in the pdf. It's the same as the paper version I got.

Out of interest, how did you do it? Or maybe you don't know if it was an accident... lol
