    I was recommended some 'Scott Bader' resin (1ltr being 7 + 5.50 p+p) from the bloke I mentioned before. I think I might have a go at making a switch panel sometime soon.

    Just been reading this thread on a bike forum that someone else posted on here.

    He reckons pre-preg is only really needed if you are making structural parts, otherwise non pre-preg is fine/easier to work with. It`s a massive `how to...` thread so set aside a couple of hours to read it. I know you weren`t thinking of the mould technique, but it makes interesting reading nonetheless.

    I have to ask Chris... is it or the aesthetics or for the lightness plus strength you want to use C/F ? I'm very interested too , but it's bleddy hard to get anything over here in C/F or Kevlar , GRRRRrrrrrr
