maximum power?

    does there become a point where the more power you get you wont really get much better 1/4 times due to traction?

    well, huge power through the front wheels without LSD is a but of a nightmare! Spinning wheels!

    top fuellers run 6000bhpish dont they? and they do quicker 1/4 miles than the jet cars I think? of course the jet cars have no traction probs whatsoever cos they dont need any! So unless you've got 6000bhp I shouldnt worry too much, just find some extra traction from somewhere lol.

    LSD, traction control, 4wd, slicks...

    There est. at more than 6000HP now. but its the fine line of de-tune to make the thing grip.

    They do quarter mile times about 1-3 seconds quicker than a jet.

    they do 0-300mph in 3 seconds!
