Help! MFA has been displaying funny readings for a while now on my Mk2 '91 Gti Digifant.

After the battery went flat last week, the rev counter decided to stop working and the oil pressure led stays on even if you take the ignition keys out?! [xx(]

    What's happening?

I'll try the disconnection of the battery thing today and see what happens.

Take the clocks out. Look behind them and check for any circuit damage. If the circuit is damaged you can solder the broken wires back.

Before you take the clocks out reset the rev counter. pull the fuse out insted of disconnecting the batt.

OK, since disconnecting the battery, the rev counter is working, the lights have gone out on the dash and the clock now works.

Can't get the MPG figures tho? any ideas? [:s]
