Mk 2 Optional Extras Do you have some?

I have been doing alittle research into the factory or dealer installed optional extras for the Mk 2 Golf & I'm sure there's things out there that you people can tell me about

I was wondering if any of you could tell me if you have any installed on your car and any pics of the option if a visual item.

I would be interested to see if any of you have the heated seat option as I haven't seen this with the original switch gear!!

Also brought on by the fact I met a bloke with a mint Mk2 with alot of options on it, leather recaros, rear headrests, electric mirrors etc etc

^^^^ that leccy roof looks rather cheap n nasty for oem fitment, bet it was a cheapie halfords from back in the day

my g60 has elec headlamp levelers on it

 

That doesn't look factory ??

My other halfs mk2 has leather, em, ac, leccy windows,central locking, top tint windscreen.

 

A supercharger and four-wheel drive.

Tinted rear glass.

Blue recaro interior.

Air conditioning (and no sunroof).







But...

It came with keep-fit windows

 

My '91 16v has rear headrests and air-con which were optional extras. Also has electric windows, electric mirrors, leather steering wheel and gearknob - not sure if any of those were optional or standard fit on the late 16v's?

 

that's not a factory option.... my old G60 had a leccy roof, and it was only offered as an option at a handfull of dealers in Germany, and it was called Elektriksky (or summat) and it looked pretty good, apart from the fake wood surround round the buttons ... alas I have no piccies!

dont forget heated seats....

The spec of my car is:

Electric Windows, Mirrors, Headlight Height Adjusters, Headlight washers, Votex Console, Digifiz Digital Dash (Not yet fitted) Heated Letaher Seats!!!!!

I think the only option i havent got is Aircon!

Things like Electric Sunroof arent factory options so shouldnt really count!!

 

My old MK2 GTI (sold the other week) had optional PAS, 4 x E/W, Electric Mirrors, and a 60/40 split back seat with rear headrests

Ive got original heated seats - rainbow interior! Never seen them before, well only on leather.
